I send packages in the UK by Second Class Signed For post as standard - upgrade to First Class is available. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard shipping which does not have any tracking or signature required and can take several weeks depending on your location. Upgrades to International Tracked & Signed are available.

JEWELLERY CARE:
Please be sure to take care of your jewellery - I can't refund or exchange items which have been generally mistreated! Whilst I use the best acrylic available, if you apply a lot of pressure, expose it chemicals including perfume, fluctuating temperatures or treat it badly it can snap, crack or get scratched! (This is more true of mirrored acrylics) I recommend storing your jewellery in a padded box or bag and not to wear perfume on any area which will come into contact with the acrylic.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I currently do not do custom pieces unless it is a different colour variation of an existing product.
